If you are required to edit a diary event and / or intervention information, this can be accessed through the History screen.
Click on the date of the diary event or intervention you wish to edit then click ‘Edit Diary Event’ or ‘Add / Edit Intervention’.
Make changes and click ‘Save Diary Event’ or ‘Save Intervention’ to save any changes.
Click on the ‘Delete’ button at the end of the row to delete a diary event or an intervention. Please note that the record will be permanently deleted.
